Qualifications

• Experience following up with customers on overdue invoices through calls and emails
• Account Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) process knowledge
• Query Resolution and Dispute Management
• Payment Collection and Promise-to-Pay (PTP) Management
• Customer Account Maintenance and Relationship Management
• Invoice Reconciliation and Payment Application
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong Negotiation and Follow-up Skills

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Accounts Receivable portfolio.
• Contact customers through calls and emails for overdue payments.
• Secure payment commitments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes, deductions, and payment-related queries.
• Collaborate with Billing, Sales, Cash Application, and Dispute Management teams.
• Maintain collection notes and update collection systems regularly.
• Conduct account reconciliations and payment tracking.
• Meet collection, aging, and productivity targets.
• Prepare collection reports and support cash flow objectives.
