Sutherland in Hyderabad is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our night-shift team, working from the office. You will manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and drive timely collections while upholding quality service.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 4 years in collections or related roles, strong verbal and written communication, and a willingness to relocate to Hyderabad if needed. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities
