• Research and resolve disputed balances.
• Review accounts for closure and assist in report preparation.
• Adhere to debt collection laws and regulations.

In This Role, You Will

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Must follow a set schedule, including breaks and lunches.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Proficient in computer navigation.
• Experience with automated dialers preferred.
• HSC or 10+ 2 -Diploma / Graduation required
• Knowledge of FDCPA and collection laws preferred.
