Transworld Systems Inc. in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Collections Executive for a night-shift, work-from-office role. You will contact debtors, discuss overdue accounts, and negotiate payment options, with emphasis on international collections experience.

English proficiency is required, and 3-5 years in collections (US/UK/AUS) is preferred. Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package including transport is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in credit card collections is a plus.
• 3-5 years of international collections experience (US, UK, AUS, UAE, EUR) required.
• Must follow a set schedule, including breaks and lunches.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and collection laws preferred.

In This Role, You Will:

• 3-5 years of international collections experience (U.S., U.K., AUS, UAE , EUR) required.
• Must follow a set schedule, including breaks and lunches.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Proficient in computer navigation.
• Experience with automated dialers preferred.
• HSC or 10+ 2 -Diploma / Graduation required
• Knowledge of FDCPA and collection laws preferred.
