Responsibilities

• Track customer payment buckets using Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Contact delinquent borrowers via phone, email, written notices, or direct field visits to remind them of pending EMIs.
• Negotiate viable repayment plans, structured installments, or settlement offers.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical logs of all debtor interactions, payment commitments, and cash/cheque collections.

Portfolio Monitoring & Tracking

• Track customer payment buckets using Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Debtor Communication & Fieldwork

Negotiation & Resolution
