Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd is hiring for Collection Officers in Madhya Pradesh, Dewas. The role focuses on recovery for business, personal, and unsecured loans with small ticket sizes.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of collection experience, experience handling unsecured loans, and will work to achieve targets, recover from written-off pools, and support branch teams with legal repositioning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in collection recovery for business loans, personal loans and unsecured loans (small ticket sizes).
• Experience in unsecured loan recovery (small ticket size) preferred.
• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Recover money from the written-off pool.
• Prepare caution lists for branch sharing.
• Assist the branch with legal repositioning initiatives.

Responsibilities
