Job summary

Aye Finance Limited is seeking a Collection Officer in Madhya Pradesh to oversee recovery across business, personal, and unsecured loans. The role involves managing high-numbered bucket customers, meeting targets, and coordinating with branches for legal actions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in collections, knowledge of small-ticket unsecured loans, and the ability to drive recoveries while maintaining compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of collection/recovery experience in business, personal, or unsecured loans (small ticket sizes).
• Experience in unsecured loan recovery (small ticket sizes) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as directed by the collection manager.
• Recover dues from written-off pool where feasible.
• Prepare caution lists for branch teams and share with branches.
• Assist branches with legal repositioning initiatives.
