Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Collection Officer for Mathura. The role focuses on recovery across business, personal, and unsecured loans with small ticket sizes.

You will manage 30+ DPD customers, meet collection targets set by the Collection Manager, and support legal repositioning initiatives in partnership with branches. Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in collection recovery across business, personal, and unsecured loans.
• Experience in unsecured loan recovery (small ticket sizes) preferred.
• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as directed by the Collection Manager.
• Support branch with legal repositioning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Recover money from the written-off pool and assist in legal repositioning efforts.
• Maintain and update caution lists shared with branches.
• Coordinate with branches to ensure smooth collections workflow.
• Monitor and report on collection metrics and targets.
