• Experience in collection recovery for business loans, personal loans and unsecured loans.
• Experience with unsecured loans (small ticket size) recovery.
• Ability to manage 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Aptitude to achieve targets as directed by the collection manager.
• Experience in recovering money from written-off pool.
• Prepare caution lists and liaise with branch teams.
• Support legal repositioning initiatives for branches.
