Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Collection Officer to manage recovery efforts for business, personal and unsecured loans. The role focuses on 30+ bucket DPD customers and timely target attainment.

You will work with the branch team, support legal repositioning, and help recover funds from the written-off pool. Prior experience of 1 year in collection recovery is preferred.

This position offers exposure to a fast-growing NBFC environment with small-ticket loans.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in collection recovery for business loans, personal and unsecured loans.
• Experience handling unsecured loans (small ticket size) recovery.
• Experience managing 30+ bucket DPD customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager.
• Recover money from the written-off pool.
• Preparation of caution list to be shared with the branch team.
• Help the Branch with legal repositioning initiative.
