Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd in Uttar Pradesh invites applications for Collection Officers in Bahraich. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in collection recovery across business, personal, and unsecured loans; small ticket sizes preferred.

You will manage 30+ bucket DPD customers, aim to achieve targets set by the collections manager, recover money from written-off pools and assist the branch with legal repositioning.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collection recovery for business loans, personal loans, and unsecured loans.
• Experience in unsecured loan recovery (small ticket sizes) preferred.
• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers and work towards targets defined by the collections manager.
• Recover money from written-off pools and assist the branch with legal repositioning initiatives.
• Prepare caution lists to be shared with the branch team.
• Support the branch with legal and recovery processes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections activities for assigned portfolio in Uttar Pradesh.
• Achieve and exceed monthly recovery targets as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Coordinate with branches for recovery actions and documentation.
• Collaborate on legal repositioning initiatives and risk mitigation.
