Job summary

The role requires handling 30+ bucket DPD customers, achieving defined collection targets, recovering money from written-off pools, and assisting the branch with legal repositioning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business loans, personal loans and unsecured loans (small ticket sizes).
• Experience managing 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Ability to achieve collection targets as stated by the collection manager.
• Recover money from the written-off pool.
• Prepare caution list to be shared with the branch team.
• Help the Branch with legal repositioning initiative.
