Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd is seeking Collection Officers for Madhya Pradesh to join a fast-growing NBFC focusing on micro enterprise financing. You will handle recovery for unsecured loans and small-ticket business loans, working on debt recovery from a wide range of accounts and assisting in rescheduling where appropriate.

The role requires about 1 year of collections experience, familiarity with 30+ bucket DPD, meeting recovery targets, handling written-off pools, and coordinating with branch teams

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in collection/recovery across business loans, personal loans and unsecured loans (small ticket sizes).
• Experience in unsecured loan recovery (small-ticket sizes) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Should have experience in unsecured loan (small ticket size) recovery.
• Managing 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager.
• Recover money from the written-off pool.
• Preparation of caution list to be shared with the branch team.
• Help the branch with legal repositioning initiative.
