Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd in Uttar Pradesh invites applications for Collection Officer roles in Hardoi. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in recovery for business, personal, and unsecured loans and can handle 30+ bucket DPD customers.

You will work under the collection manager to achieve targets, recover from the written-off pool, and assist with legal repositioning initiatives and caution lists shared with branches.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in collection recovery for loans (business, personal, unsecured).
• Experience handling unsecured loans (small ticket sizes).
• Ability to manage 30+ bucket DPD customers and contribute to target achievement.
