Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd is hiring Collection Officers for Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in recovery for business, personal, and unsecured loans, especially small-ticket sizes. You will manage 30+ bucket DPD customers and work toward set collection targets.

Responsibilities include recovering from written-off pools, preparing caution lists for branches, and supporting legal repositioning initiatives with the branch team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in collection recovery for business loans, personal loans, and unsecured loans (small ticket sizes).
• Experience in unsecured loan recovery (small ticket size) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as directed by the collection Manager.
• Recover money from the written-off pool.
• Prepare caution lists to share with the branch team.
• Assist the branch with legal repositioning initiatives.
