AYE Finance Pvt Ltd in Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh) is seeking a Collection Officer with at least 1 year of experience in recovery for business, personal, and unsecured loans. You will manage 30+ bucket DPD customers and work toward meeting collection targets set by the collection manager.

This role involves recovering money from written-off pools, coordinating with branch teams, and supporting legal repositioning initiatives as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as directed by the collection manager.
• Recover money from written-off pools.
• Prepare caution lists to share with branch teams.
• Assist the branch with legal repositioning initiatives.
• Experience with unsecured loan recovery (small ticket sizes) is preferred.
