Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd., a fast-growing NBFC, seeks Collection Officers for Madhya Pradesh (Ujjian, Agarmalwa, Mahidpur regions). The role requires 1+ year in collection recovery across business, personal, and unsecured loans, with a focus on unsecured loan recovery and 30+ bucket DPD portfolios.

You will support targets set by the Collection Manager and help recover funds from written-off pools, while coordinating with branches on caution lists and legal repositioning initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in collection recovery for business, personal and unsecured loans.
• Experience with unsecured loan recovery (small ticket sizes).
• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as directed by the collection manager.
• Recover money from the written-off pool.
• Support branch with legal repositioning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Handle collection efforts for business, personal and unsecured loans.

• Aim to meet or exceed collection targets set by the Collection Manager.
• Recover amounts from the written-off loan pool.
• Prepare cautions lists for branch teams and assist with follow-ups.

Experience: At least 1 Year of experience in collection Recovery in Business loans, Personal, and Unsecured loans (Small Ticket sizes), will be preferred.

1. Should have experience in Unsecured loan (Small Ticket size) recovery.

2. Managing 30+ bucket DPD customers

3. Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager

4. Recover money from the written-off pool

5. Preparation of caution list to be shared with the branch team

6. Help the Branch with legal repositioning initiative
