Job summary

Kotak Securities Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Collection Manager for Two Wheeler Finance collections. You will lead a team, drive field collection efforts, coordinate with accounts, legal and operations to meet budgets and provisioning targets.

The role requires a Graduate/MBA and 7+ years in retail collections, preferably credit cards; over 10 years total experience is expected. Strong negotiation and people management are essential.

• Experience in retail collections preferably credit cards, 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, Drive, monitor and review field force towards achieving budgeted numbers.
• Coordinates with accounts, legal and operations for related functional support.
• Will be responsible to achieve monthly and yearly Roll forward and loss provisioning targets.
• Will be responsible to handle a team of 9+ on role employees and field collection agencies through the team.
• Ensuring employee/agency quality while recruitment and leveraging productivity.
• Take ownership of High Value accounts ensure seamless collection.
