Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Ludhiana seeks an experienced collections professional to lead a field-force and drive recovery targets. You will coordinate with accounts, legal and operations to provide support and ensure timely roll-forward and provisioning goals.

You will manage a team of 9+ on-role staff and field agencies, ensuring recruitment quality, productivity and effective collections for high-value accounts.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA required.
• Tactful and Persuasive communication skills.
• Experience in retail collections preferably credit cards with at least 7 years.
• Over experience required is more than 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, drive, monitor and review field force towards achieving budgeted numbers.
• Coordinates with accounts, legal and operations for related functional support.
• Will be responsible to achieve monthly and yearly Roll forward and loss provisioning targets.
• Will be responsible to handle a team of 9+ on role employees and field collection agencies through the team.
• Ensuring employee/agency quality while recruitment and leveraging productivity.
• Take ownership of High Value accounts ensure seamless collection.
