Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is seeking a Collection Manager for Two Wheeler Finance collections in Bengaluru. Lead and optimize field collections, drive performance, and coordinate with accounts, legal and operations to ensure adherence to targets and processes.

The role requires a Graduate/MBA with strong persuasive skills and substantial experience in retail credit card collections (7+ years), with preference for over 10 years of overall experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail collections preferably credit cards with at least 7 years.
• Over experience required is more than 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, Drive, monitor and review field force towards achieving budgeted numbers.
• Coordinates with accounts, legal and operations for related functional support.
• Will be responsible to achieve monthly and yearly Roll forward and loss provisioning targets.
• Will be responsible to handle a team of 9 + on role employees and field collection agencies through the team.
• Ensuring employee/agency quality while recruitment and leveraging productivity.
• Take ownership of High Value accounts ensure seamless collection.
