Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a disciplined collections professional to manage the assigned area, aiming to achieve targets across resolution, flows, credit costs and roll rates. The role requires active NPAs management and efforts to minimize them.

Responsibilities include asset verifications per SARFESI/Section 9 through court receivers, reducing vendor payouts and tracking delinquency by bucket/DPD while ensuring customer issues are resolved within the defined TAT for high customer

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
