Job summary

SkillLabs in India seeks a collections specialist to drive area-wise recoveries and meet targets related to resolution, flows, and roll rates. The role focuses on minimizing NPAs and improving recovery costs through disciplined processes.

You will track delinquency by bucket and DPD, implement SARFESI–section 9 procedures, and pursue quick resolution of customer issues within defined TAT, while enhancing fee income and vendor payouts controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections and debt recovery processes.
• Ability to monitor NPAs and implement recovery actions.
• Familiarity with SARFESI/Section 9 processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
