Job summary

SkillLabs in Gujarat, India, is seeking a Collections Officer to manage assigned area collections, achieve targets, and reduce NPAs. You will track delinquency by bucket and DPD, drive fee income, and implement initiatives to control vendor payouts, while ensuring speedy resolution of customer issues within TAT.

The role focuses on SARFESI / Section 9 processes through court receivers and asset verifications, with emphasis on maintaining budgeted NPAs and improving recovery metrics in a dynamic

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
