Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a debt collections officer to manage the assigned territory, achieve collection targets on resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates, and ensure NPAs are kept within budget through proactive actions and SARFESI compliance.

You will track delinquency by bucket and DPD, focus on nonstarters, resolve customer issues within TAT, supervise asset verifications and possession under SARFESI/Section 9, and work to optimize revenue while controlling vendor payouts.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection and recovery processes.
• Familiarity with NPAs and credit cost management.
• Knowledge of SARFESI/Section 9 procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
