The candidate should have strong leadership, negotiation, and field collection skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory to manage Two-Wheeler loan collections and coordinate with branches and sales teams.

Qualifications

• TW collection experience is mandatory.
• Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of field/area collection.
• Good understanding of delinquency buckets and overdue management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the field collection team to achieve targets.
• Drive two-wheeler loan collections across the assigned territory.
• Monitor area-wise collection performance, productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee daily field activities, bucket-wise performance and overdue accounts.
• Ensure effective follow-up and resolution of delinquent accounts.
• Conduct regular field visits to support the team in difficult/high-risk cases.
• Identify problem areas and implement corrective collection strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company collection processes and policies.
• Coordinate with Branch/Sales/Operations teams for portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the field collection team to achieve collection targets
• Drive Two-Wheeler loan collections across the assigned territory
• Handle area-wise collection performance, productivity & efficiency
• Monitor daily field activities, bucket-wise performance and overdue accounts
• Ensure effective follow-up and resolution of delinquent accounts
• Conduct regular field visits and support the team in difficult / high-risk cases
• Identify problem areas and implement corrective collection strategies
• Ensure adherence to company collection processes and policies
• Coordinate with Branch / Sales / Operations teams for effective portfolio management

Candidate Profile:

• TW Collection experience is mandatory
• Minimum 46 years of experience in Two-Wheeler / Vehicle Finance Collection
• Prior team handling experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of field / area collection
• Good understanding of delinquency buckets, overdue management & collection processes
• Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Candidates with experience in NBFC / Vehicle Finance will be preferred
