SkillLabs is seeking a seasoned Collection Manager to lead a team of collectors and DMAs across assigned geographies in Tamil Nadu. You will drive arrear resolution, bucket-wise performance, and ensure timely payouts to agencies and DMAs.

The role requires 5-8 years in collections within automotive products, proven team leadership, and strong data management skills. On-site position in Tirunelveli district with scope to optimize field operations.

Formación

• 5-8 years of collection experience in automotive products (LMV, TW, 3W, LCV, MCV, HCV).

Responsabilidades

• Managing the collections through a team of Collection Manager and DMAs.
• Responsible for the collection's performance on parameters like arrear resolution and bucket-wise resolutions.
• Conducting monthly field performance reviews and quarterly target reviews for the team.
• Overseeing monthly agency performance and empanelment of new agencies/DMAs.
• Ensuring periodic payouts and alignment with payout grids for agencies/DMAs.
• Evaluating field capacity against the Average Collection Ratio (ACR).
• Coordinating with HO/RO on strategies to improve day-to-day collection performance.
• Monitoring repo stock and processing compliance.
• Coordinating liquidation of eligible repo assets with brokers and HO.
• Managing receipt books, app code requests, and deposits by agencies; enforcing compliance.
• Initiating appropriate legal actions in chronic default cases with local legal team.
• Maintaining daily productivity MIS and sharing with higher management.
• Conducting monthly hub meetings for performance review and target setting.
• Handling customer service escalations for collection issues; marking geo-limit actions.

Job Responsibilites

• Managing the collections through team of Collection Manager and DMAs
• Responsible for the collection's performance on various collection parameters such a)Arrear resolution b) Bucket wise resolutions (Including the Roll forward rates, Loan loss provisioning, and Penal interest collection for the assigned geographical area.)
• Performance review on field monthly basis and Quarterly performance review of the team of allocated collection targets
• Monthly review (Agency performance, acting against the low performer team members, DMAs (off rolls) & agencies, identifying & suggesting new agencies / DMAs for collection & evaluation & empanelment of these new agencies.
• Ensuring periodic billing & processing of the payouts for the agencies / DMAs as per the approved payout grids.
• Periodic evaluation / correction of the field capacity as per the Average Collection Ratio (ACR)
• Ensuring smooth execution of the various strategies/drives planned by HO/RO for day-to-day collection performance improvement.
• Repo kit requirement, monitoring the repo Stock inventory, compliance to the adhered processes related to repo
• Liquidation of eligible repo assets in coordination with brokers and HO team and collect payment for approved for sale cases
• Periodic requirement of the receipt books / HHTs, mobile app codes requests for the agencies, monitoring the deposition of collection amount by the agencies, action against agencies for non-adherence.
• Recommending for initiation of appropriate legal actions in chronic default cases with co-ordination with the local legal team members
• Daily productivity MIS should be maintained & shared with the higher management along with the analysis
• Monthly team meeting at hub location for performance review & setting the targets for the next month
• Managing the customer service escalations for collection related issues and Providing inputs on the geo limits, negative areas in the geographies handled
• Escalation of sales related issues (registration, dealer service issues, etc.) for the delinquent cases with the ASMs on a day-to-day basis

Required Skills And Experience

• Minimum 5-8 Years of collection experience in any automotive products like LMV,TW,3w,LCV,MCV,HCV
• Experience in managing collection agencies
• Excellent data management skills
• Team handing experience
