Job summary

Kotak Securities Limited is hiring a Collection Manager for Two Wheeler Finance to lead a team and drive collections performance across portfolios in India. You will coordinate with accounts, legal and operations to enable timely recoveries and maintain quality in process and people.

Responsibilities include monitoring roll forward and loss provisioning, managing a team of 9+ employees and field agencies, and owning high-value accounts to ensure seamless collection and productivity.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA with strong leadership and credit control basics.
• Experience in retail collections, preferably credit cards, 7+ years.
• Total experience more than 10 years.

• Allocate, drive, monitor and review field force towards achieving budgeted numbers.
• Coordinate with accounts, legal and operations for related functional support.
• Achieve monthly and yearly roll forward and loss provisioning targets.
• Manage a team of 9+ on-roll employees and field collection agencies.

• Take ownership of high-value accounts to ensure seamless collection.
