Job summary

Namdev Finvest Pvt Ltd in Kolayat, Rajasthan is seeking an experienced collections professional to manage MSME and TW accounts in the allocated region and nearby areas. You will ensure timely and accurate collections, adhere to defined processes, and lead the collections team while maintaining daily MIS reports.

You will follow up on overdue amounts, resolve queries, escalate problematic cases, and coordinate with legal actions if needed to improve late bucket delinquency.

• Provide the required customer support, timely and accurate collections.
• You would handle collection for MSME & TW of allocated location and nearby areas.
• Adhere to process of collections and ensure zero OD.
• Responsible for managing the Collections and the team.
