Job summary

SK Finance in India is seeking a regional collections professional to drive recovery efforts across designated buckets 0 to N. You will lead field activities, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to guidelines to minimize credit losses.

Regular portfolio analysis and MIS reporting will support early warning signals and proactive management of NPAs in the region. This role requires on-site work in Rajasthan.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Regional collection targets for allotted buckets 0 to N.
• Improve recovery rates on delinquent accounts
• Minimize net credit loss on write-off
• Regular portfolio analysis to identify early warning signals
• Monitor & control NPA levels in assigned region
• Monitor Field force productivity & compliance, set & track performance of the team
• Ensure all recovery practices comply with guideline
• Regular field visits to monitor team activities & resolve high value delinquent accounts
• Follow & Maintain COC within the team
• Coordination with Sales & Legal team Fos maintaining business portfolio
• Monitoring Mal practices with the team also to eradicate it
• MIS & Field practice to be sent to the management
