You will engage with customers to negotiate repayment plans, coordinate with agencies, and support legal matters related to recoveries, ensuring adherence to internal SOPs and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in achieving collections targets and driving recovery.
• Strong track record in leading large teams and setting KPIs.
• Familiarity with RBI guidelines, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Ability to monitor performance, identify delinquencies, and take corrective actions.
• Experience onboarding and evaluating third‑party agencies.
• Customer communication skills to negotiate repayment plans and handle escalations.
• Support knowledge in police/legal matters related to recovery cases.

• Performance Monitoring: Conduct weekly reviews, track delinquency buckets, and implement corrective actions.
• Vendor Management: Onboard, train, and evaluate third-party collection agencies; ensure background checks and performance reviews.
• Customer Engagement: Liaise with customers to resolve queries, negotiate repayment plans, and handle escalations.
• Legal Support: Assist in police/legal matters related to recovery cases.
