Aditya Birla Capital is seeking professionals in Tamil Nadu to strengthen collections operations and lead a sizable team of collection officers and agencies. The role emphasizes achieving targets, maintaining compliance with RBI guidelines, and driving performance through regular reviews and corrective actions.

You will engage with customers to negotiate repayment plans, coordinate with agencies, and support legal matters related to recoveries, ensuring adherence to internal SOPs and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in achieving collections targets and driving recovery.
• Strong track record in leading large teams and setting KPIs.
• Familiarity with RBI guidelines, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Ability to monitor performance, identify delinquencies, and take corrective actions.
• Experience onboarding and evaluating third‑party agencies.
• Customer communication skills to negotiate repayment plans and handle escalations.
• Support knowledge in police/legal matters related to recovery cases.

• Team Leadership: Manage a large team of Collection Officers/Agencies, ensuring productivity and adherence to KPIs.
• Process Compliance: Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct weekly reviews, track delinquency buckets, and implement corrective actions.
• Vendor Management: Onboard, train, and evaluate third-party collection agencies; ensure background checks and performance reviews.
• Customer Engagement: Liaise with customers to resolve queries, negotiate repayment plans, and handle escalations.
• Legal Support: Assist in police/legal matters related to recovery cases.
