Job summary

SkillLabs in Navi Mumbai, India is seeking a collections professional to manage the assigned area. You will handle collections to achieve targets across resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates, adapting to bucket-based metrics.

You will monitor NPAs within budget, drive initiatives to increase fee income, and pursue asset verifications and possession under SARFESI / Section 9 through court receivers. You will track delinquency by bucket and DPD, focusing on nonstarters and ensuring

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
