Job summary

JobItUs is seeking an experienced CNC Operator in Raipur to operate and maintain CNC machines for rolling mill operations. You will produce precision components such as rolls and shafts per required specifications.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, setting up CNC turning/VTL, and applying correct cutting tools and machining parameters while following safety protocols and working in rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC operation and setting.
• Familiarity with CNC turning/VTL and G-code/M-code.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret tolerances.
• Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines for rolling mill related components.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy through precise measurement and inspection.
• Troubleshoot basic CNC issues and adjust tooling as required.
• Adhere to workshop safety and shift schedules.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines in the workshop supporting Rolling Mill operations. The candidate will be responsible for precision machining of rolls, shafts, components and other mechanical parts as per required dimensions and specifications
