Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 5 Axis CNC Turning/Milling Machines (Horizontal & Vertical)
• Read and interpret machining drawings and blueprints
• Load components and tooling as per process requirements
• Edit and understand CNC programs
• Perform dimensional inspections and quality checks
• Optimize productivity and reduce cycle time
• Troubleshoot day-to-day machining issues
• Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards
• Support fixture development and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

• Experience with Mazak Machines and Mazak Controls
