Job summary

Career Tree Hr Solutions is seeking a maintenance technician in Chennai, Tamil Nadu to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on CNC machines including HMC, VMC, VTL, HBM, and hydraulic presses. The role involves hydraulic/pneumatic systems, lubrication, calibration, and safety practices, with a requirement for basic English/Tamil communication.

The candidate should be skilled in troubleshooting, TPM/5S practices, and have exposure to ERP and MS Office for maintenance records and reports.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of CNC machines (HMC, VMC, VTL, HBM, Hydraulic Press & Furnaces).
• Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical issues.
• Maintain PM checklists and maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Preventive & breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (HMC, VMC, VTL, HBM, Hydraulic Press & Furnaces).
• Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication & coolant systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical issues.
• Replace bearings, belts, couplings, seals and other mechanical components.
• Machine alignment, leveling & calibration.
• Maintain PM checklists and maintenance records.
• Follow LOTO and industrial safety practices.
