Job summary

Career Tree Hr Solutions seeks a skilled maintenance technician in Chennai to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on CNC machines including HMC, VMC, VTL, HBM, hydraulic presses and furnaces. The role covers hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and coolant systems, with fault diagnosis and component replacement.

The incumbent will ensure machine alignment, leveling and calibration, maintain PM checklists and records, and adhere to LOTO and safety practices in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Preventive & breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (HMC, VMC, VTL, HBM, Hydraulic Press & Furnaces)
• Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication & coolant systems
• Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical issues
• Replace bearings, belts, couplings, seals and other mechanical components
• Machine alignment, leveling & calibration
• Maintain PM checklists and maintenance records
• Follow LOTO and industrial safety practices
