Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in Pune invites an experienced Electrical/Electronics Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing support team. You will drive breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance for CNC machines, machining lines and industrial automation systems to maximize uptime.

You will troubleshoot CNC, PLC, VFD, Servo Drives, HMI, SCADA and robotic systems, maintain Siemens/Fanuc/Rexroth CNC and Siemens/Allen Bradley PLCs, and contribute to TPM, 5S and Kaizen initiatives while

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Electrical/Electronics maintenance experience.
• Hands-on maintenance of CNC machines and machining lines.
• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics preferred.
• Exposure to breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Experience with TPM, 5S, and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Handle breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance of machine shop lines.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for electrical/electronics maintenance of CNC machines, machining lines and industrial automation systems, ensuring maximum equipment availability and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance of machine shop/machining lines.
• Troubleshoot CNC, PLC, VFD, Servo Drives, HMI, SCADA and robotic systems.
• Maintain Siemens/Fanuc/Rexroth CNC and Siemens/Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Handle HT/LT substations, electrical utilities and machine automation.
• Perform RCA / Why-Why Analysis and implement Kaizen/corrective actions.
• Drive TPM, PM, CBM, 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
• Manage maintenance spares, cost control and CMMS/SAP records.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, safety interlocks, PPE and plant safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance.
• Strong hands-on experience in CNC machine & machining line maintenance.
• Preferred industries: Automotive, Auto Components, Machine Tools, Precision Engineering & Manufacturing.
• Good exposure to breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, RCA and TPM.
• BE/B.Tech/Diploma Electrical/Electronics preferred.
