Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in India seeks a seasoned ITSM professional specializing in CMDB to strengthen service management capabilities.

You will leverage ITIL fundamentals and CMDB expertise to drive process improvements and knowledge transfer. Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of combined ITSM experience with ServiceNow CMDB proficiency, ITIL v3/v4 certification, and a track record of training others on standards and policy.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of combined ITSM experience, focused on CMDB
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM fundamentals with CMDB expertise
• Experience with CMDB or transitioning ITSM tools is preferred
• Good knowledge on ServiceNow CMDB
• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification
• Experience with continuous improvement and process automation
• Experience developing and delivering training on processes, standards and policy
