Job summary

Neer Info is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow CMDB expert to drive end-to-end CMDB adoption, modeling, and governance. You will lead large-scale CMDB transformation programs, define CI identification rules, data source precedence, and reconciliation strategies, ensuring data quality and health metrics.

The role requires 10+ years in ServiceNow with deep CMDB and CSDM experience, and a strong grasp of data governance frameworks to support global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Total 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end CMDB adoption using ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM.
• Design CI class modeling, service modeling and dependency mapping.
• Lead large-scale CMDB implementations and transformation programs.
• Governance frameworks for CMDB data cleanup, normalization and governance.
• Identify & reconcile CI data; define CI identification rules and data source precedence.

Strong expertise in:

• ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM (Common Service Data Model) – end-to-end adoption
• CI class modeling, service modeling, and dependency mapping

Proven experience in:

• Large-scale CMDB implementations / transformation programs
• CMDB data cleanup, normalization, and governance frameworks

Deep hands-on expertise in:

• Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
• CI Identification rules, Data source precedence, reconciliation strategies

Strong understanding of CMDB Data Quality Management:

• Completeness, correctness, compliance, duplication control
• CMDB health dashboards and KPIs
