Job summary

LAXMI INDIA FINANCE is seeking a driven LAP sales manager to lead the sales team in the Rajasthan region. You will drive disbursement targets, forge strong relationships with DSAs and brokers, and coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.

The role requires strong leadership, market analysis, and a proven ability to grow the customer base while maintaining portfolio quality and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive LAP business growth and achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets.
• Manage, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure target achievement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, and other business partners.
• Generate new business leads and expand the customer base within the assigned cluster.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure proper customer verification, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, overdue accounts, and delinquency levels.
• Track sales performance, pipeline, sanctions, and disbursements through regular MIS reporting.
• Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Ensure achievement of business targets while maintaining portfolio quality and profitability.
