Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance in Himachal Pradesh seeks a field-based Sales Manager to drive life insurance sales through bank channels, achieve targets, and strengthen bank relationships.

You will lead and coach Sales/Relationship Managers, conduct product trainings for bank staff, monitor branch performance, ensure compliant practices, and deliver regular MIS updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Build strong relationships with Cluster Heads, Branch Managers, and bank staff.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Managers or Relationship Managers.
• Conduct product and sales training for bank employees.
• Review branch-wise performance and implement action plans to improve productivity.
• Ensure lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy conversion.
• Maintain compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
• Monitor persistency, renewal, and customer service metrics.
• Analyze MIS reports and provide regular business updates to management.
