CSL Finance Limited in Delhi is seeking a dynamic LAP sales leader to drive loan against property business through direct sourcing and channel networks. You will lead and motivate Relationship Managers, achieving targets for sourcing, login, approvals and disbursements while maintaining portfolio quality.

You will identify local opportunities, build relationships with DSAs, builders and referral partners, coordinate with credit, operations and legal teams to ensure timely processing, and prepare

• Drive LAP business through direct sourcing, channel partners, DSAs, connectors, and other local market networks.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for sourcing, login, approvals, and disbursements while maintaining portfolio quality.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate Relationship Managers to achieve individual and branch-level business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop local market presence, and strengthen relationships with DSAs, builders, property dealers, and other referral partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications, timely approvals, and disbursements.
• Ensure quality sourcing by evaluating customer profiles, repayment capacity, property eligibility, and other preliminary credit parameters.
• Track team productivity, daily sales performance, pipeline movement, and target achievement; take corrective action wherever required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC requirements, documentation standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and review sales reports, business forecasts, and productivity dashboards for effective branch performance monitoring.
