Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a Cluster Sales Head for Loan Against Property (LAP) to accelerate LAP growth across a defined cluster via Direct and DSA channels. The role focuses on building a high-performance sales team and expanding DSA partnerships.

You will drive customer acquisition, monitor the disbursement pipeline, and ensure portfolio quality while aligning with credit guidelines. Location-based in Ahmedabad/Mehsana with multi-branch reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading LAP sales projects across a cluster.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a sales team.
• Strong channel management with Direct and DSA partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive LAP business across the assigned cluster through Direct & DSA channels.
• Manage and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with DSA partners and generate quality business.
• Drive customer acquisition through the Direct channel.
• Monitor sourcing, login, sanction and disbursement pipeline.
• Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to credit guidelines.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer/DSA network.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth case processing.
• Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
