Dream Solution Indore invites applications for a Cluster Manager Trade Finance to drive trade finance business across a cluster of branches, manage corporate relationships and promote trade-related banking products.

The role focuses on revenue growth, client acquisition, product cross-selling (LC, BG, import/export finance, FX), and ensuring compliance with KYC and bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Drive trade finance business and achieve revenue and fee-income targets across the assigned cluster.
• Product Sales: Promote trade finance products such as Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), import finance, export finance, and foreign exchange services.
• Client Relationship Management: Acquire and manage corporate clients, SMEs, importers, exporters, and traders.
• Branch Coordination: Work with branch managers and relationship managers to generate trade finance leads and cross-sell products.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor client business volumes, product utilization, and revenue growth.
• Team Coordination: Support and guide branch teams in identifying trade finance opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure transactions comply with bank policies, KYC requirements, and applicable trade finance regulations.
