Job summary

SkillLabs seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead cluster branches with a strong service orientation and decisive people leadership. You will own P&L, optimize revenue and costs, and ensure strict regulatory compliance across all branch operations.

From launch to scale, you will set up branches, drive product uptake, expand the customer base, and elevate value propositions for high‑net‑worth clients while meeting ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of overall experience in a branch managerial role in banking.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the Cluster Branches P&L - revenue & cost.
• Managing a Profit Centre - with profitability as the key result through net worth accounts, NII income, transaction fees, and third-party product revenue.
• Compliance to all regulatory and auditory requirements.
• Set up of branches from nascent stages to scale their book size manifold.
• Concentrated focus on all product lines and products offered by the bank.
• Increasing the value proposition of the bank with high net worth clientele.
• Implementing best practices to enhance the customer base.
• Customer value chain strengthened and expanded.
• Increased the employee value proposition for the teams.
• Drive and achieve challenging targets set by the bank consistently.
• Manage entire gamut of business in line with growing organizational needs.
