Job summary

Aditya Birla Group's sales arm is seeking a result-driven professional to drive premium, revenue, productivity and policy targets across mapped bank branches. You will build and nurture relationships with Branch Heads, Cluster Heads, RMs and key bank stakeholders to expand insurance penetration and deepen partner ecosystems.

You will lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the FLS/RO/BSM team, conduct product and sales training for bank staff, identify branch opportunities, strengthen lead
