Job summary

Veerwal Getwork Services is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) or Cluster Sales Manager (CSM) to drive sales across multiple locations in India. The role requires 8+ years of relevant sales experience within affordable housing finance / NBFC sectors and a maximum age of 40.

In this position, you will lead a large sales team, grow revenue, and establish strong relationships with builders, DSAs and channel partners to expand the customer base while ensuring target achievement

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Industry: Affordable Housing Finance / Housing Finance / NBFC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales/business development for the assigned territory/cluster.
• Lead, motivate and manage a large sales team to achieve business targets.
• Responsible for customer acquisition, revenue generation and business growth.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly/annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, DSAs/channel partners and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies and processes.
• Track team productivity, collections and overall business performance.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching/support to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
