Job summary

Zohorecruit is looking for an on-the-ground manager to lead a team of 4–8 field executives, driving school conversions and ensuring pipeline hygiene across the cluster. This role requires hands-on leadership, daily beat planning, and active coaching to meet targets.

The position involves 70–80% travel within the cluster/state, fluent Hindi and working English, and a valid driving licence with a two-wheeler or car. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are welcomed.
