Job summary

BFSI connect is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multiple branches in Sivakasi. You will lead Branch, Relationship, and Customer Service Managers to drive growth, optimize sales, and ensure compliance across all locations.

The role requires 10–12 years in home loans/housing finance, a Graduate degree with MBA preferred, and a track record in performance management. An attractive incentive plan complements up to 18 LPA fixed pay.
