Job summary

The Loom in Delhi is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple stores within the assigned cluster and drive sales targets, profitability, and key KPIs.

You will guide Store Managers, monitor performance, ensure SOPs and VM standards, coordinate promotions, and support new store openings with cross-functional teams.

The role requires travel outside Delhi for business purposes and a track record in multi-store retail leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of retail operations experience, multi-store management preferred.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle or premium retail preferred.
• Proven ability to lead Store Managers and drive KPIs.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores within the assigned cluster. Drive achievement of sales targets, revenue, profitability, and other business KPIs across the cluster. Monitor store-wise performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and implement action plans to improve sales, productivity, conversion, and customer experience. Guide, motivate, and monitor Store Managers and store teams to achieve business objectives. Conduct regular store visits and review store performance, staff productivity, attendance, grooming, and discipline. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, operational processes, and visual merchandising standards. Ensure effective implementation of VM guidelines and maintenance of store presentation standards. Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer complaints when required. Identify training and development requirements of store teams and coordinate with the concerned departments. Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share performance updates with the Regional Manager. Analyse store performance and take corrective actions wherever required. Ensure timely execution of promotional activities, launches, offers, and company initiatives across stores. Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for smooth execution of retail operations. Ensure proper cash handling, billing, documentation, and compliance with company processes. Monitor store expenses and ensure optimum utilization of resources. Ensure stores maintain required standards of discipline, grooming, customer handling, and professional conduct. Support the opening of new stores and operational setup whenever required.

Travel Requirement

The role requires frequent travel outside Delhi for business purposes. You may be required to visit stores in other cities/locations based on business requirements. Willingness to travel and work across different locations is an essential requirement for this position.

Reporting Structure

The Cluster Manager will report directly to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for providing regular updates regarding store performance, sales, manpower, operational issues, and other key business matters.

Qualification & Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience in retail operations , preferably with experience managing multiple stores. Candidates with experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or premium retail will be preferred. Prior experience in handling Store Managers and multi-store operations will be an advantage.
