V2 Retail Limited is seeking experienced Retail Operations professionals for the role of Cluster Manager / Regional Support to back South region operations. The candidate should excel in store operations management and lead retail teams across multiple stores, driving sales and service excellence.

Applicants must have 3+ years as a Store Manager in fashion or departmental stores, with strong leadership and communication skills, and be willing to relocate to Gurugram for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in Fashion Retail, Value Retail, Departmental Store, or a similar retail environment.
• Experience managing multiple stores or cluster-level operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and team handling.
• Good understanding of the South Indian retail market and languages is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Gurugram is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel to stores/locations as required.

ELIGIBILITY

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in Fashion Retail, Value Retail, Departmental Store, or a similar retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and team handling.
• Experience in managing multiple stores or cluster-level operations will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of the South Indian retail market.
• Knowledge of one or more South Indian languages such as Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu will be preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Gurugram is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel to stores/locations as required.
